BUK DECLARES FEBRUARY 7TH LECTURE-FREE DAY

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, Bayero University Kano chapter, has declared Monday 7th February 2022 as a lecture-free day in order to sensitize students, parents and other stakeholders on the ongoing crisis between the federal government and the union.

 

This was contained in a statement jointly signed by ASUU Chairman, Comrade Haruna Musa and Comrade Yusuf U. Madugu on Thursday, Feb 3.

 

 

According to the statement, the declaration is in line with the national secretariat of the union in making stakeholders aware of the present crisis involving the government in the judicious implementation of the existing Agreements with the union.
