All graduands for the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic sessions are to visit:

https://lasu.edu.ng/graduates_certificates/index.php to complete the graduating students biodata form for production of their certificates.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. FILL THE BIODATA FORM

(The Matriculation Number should NOT have ‘/’ or ‘–’ i.e. It should be typed in 991992A006)

2. UPLOAD YOUR PICTURE (ON WHITE BACKGROUND, NO EYEGLASS, NO CAP)

3. SAVE WITH YOUR MATRIC NUMBER (e.g. 039B02AV009)

4. PRINT OUT THE DOCUMENT

5. ATTACH THE UPLOADED PICTURE

6. SUBMIT ONLINE FOR CERTIFICATE PROCESSING
