UNILORIN SUSPENDS SU PRESIDENT (FAAJI) FOR 60 ACADEMIC WORKING DAYS

The Executive President of the union was summoned on charges of irregularity, encroachment of constitutional duties, insubordination and misappropriation of funds against him as read by the clerk. This was reacted to by the President of the union by walking out of the sitting. On the basis of misappropriation of funds, constitutional encroachment and insurbodination, Sen Upsylee of the faculty of Veterinary Medicine moved a motion for the suspension of the President, Faaji Tobiloba for 60 academic working days which was seconded by two-third majority of the house and was passed.
